Baby Knitting Patterns

Baby knits are some of my favorite things to make. I’ve designed baby knitting patterns for my own kiddos and many of our friends and family. Some of these patterns even bare the names of people we know and love. I hope that you love these thoughtfully crafted knitting patterns as much as we do!

These patterns range from teeny tiny newborns to active toddlers and beyond. Many patterns even offer adult sizing so that you can match your littles or include the parents or guardians in your gifting. These are designed to be fast and fun projects that you can whip up quickly. The recommended yarns are often anti pilling acrylic for softness and washability but can easily be substituted for other worsted weight yarns if you prefer something more natural.

I offer pattern support for all of my patterns, free or paid. If something isn’t adding up, if I’ve described something and it’s a bit confusing for you, please reach out to me and I’ll help walk you through it. I’m always looking for updated photos and pictures of my patterns out in the wild, so you if you have worked up one of these babies, I’d love to see it (and maybe even post it with your permission!)

Apres Ski Hat

The Addy Hat

Now available in baby sizes! This sweet hat is probably my favorite. It combines two lovely cables to make a super sweet and stunning hat. Get the pattern here.

The Chevron Hat

Also known as Fynn’s Hat is great for the whole family. If you’ve only knitted a simple cable you can knit this hat! Never knitted a cable before? You can still knit this hat. Get fully written instructions and sizing for babies through adults. Get the Pattern Here.

Baby Blankets

The Avery Baby Blanket

I made this blanket for my little baby girl so I have a soft spot for this one. These little cables are delicate but stunning. The purled background make the back of the blanket look like a knitters dream. Get the pattern here.

The Ridgeline Baby Blanket
